Well, Lori almost had the pleasure of supporting this couple with their HBAC (homebirth after cesarean), but received the phone call for assistance less than one hour before the baby was born, so she arrived about 15 minutes after the baby arrived safe and sound, supported by her midwife and assistant.
Fortunately, Lori was able to work with this couple prenatally in preparation for their birth, but a quick labor (much to mom's surprise and delight!) and rush hour traffic made it impossible for Lori to arrive in time.
